Today is World Autism Awareness Day!

Make your own “I run for…” image and share it through email, Facebook, Twitter, snail mail and whatever other portal you use to spread the word about autism!

Here are the easy steps to making your own image.

1. Right click this image to save our “I run for…” bar to your computer. I Run For...

2. Open a picture that describes why you’re running for autism April 12 in your favorite photo editing program.
We suggest Photoshop, Paint, Gimp, iPhoto or Picmonkey (an easy online photo editor).

3. Add the “I run for…” bar to your picture (in Picmonkey, click the butterfly button to upload an ‘overlay’ and browse from ‘My Computer’ to upload the bar). Adjust the bar to fit your photo.

4. Share it! Upload it to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, email, Pinterest, Tumblr or whatever other social media we haven’t heard of yet! Use the hashtags #run4autism5K and #AutismRun2014 to share it with us, and we’ll repost it!

5. BONUS STEP! Right click this blank bar to save to your computer, then add text on top to tell us why YOU run for autism!
