Outpatient Behavioral Services
The Virginia Institute of Autism has an opening for a full-time Outpatient Behavior Technician. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, talented people who are dedicated to helping people overcome the challenges of autism.
This position provides cutting-edge ABA services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. All Behavior Technicians receive intensive hands-on training, including the required training for the Registered Behavior Technician credential.
A bachelors degree is required, preferably in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development or related field. Applicants must also have a minimum of six months of experience working with children (special needs preferred). All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
