Run for Autism 5K

Making strides for those affected by autism for over 17 years!

The 2013 Run for Autism 5K and Kids’ Race was a huge success! We had nearly 800 participants and over 75 volunteers helped to keep the race running smoothly.

Rosemary Barber was the top female finisher with a time of 18:29 and Ryan Callahan was the top male finisher with a time of 19:06. The Western Albemarle team won the Golden Stick Award again this year for the area girls’ high school lacrosse team that registers the most participants for the race.

Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, or donated. We look forward to seeing you back again next year!
